Stillness is not found it’s created. In our fast paced world, your body, mind, and soul crave a pause and that’s exactly what this class offers. Our Floating Soundbath + Paddleboard Yoga experience is a gentle, soul nourishing journey guided by the elements. You’ll begin by paddling out onto the peaceful waters of Lake Ki, where you’ll anchor, settle in, and move through a slow, mindful SUP yoga slow flow followed by a restorative savasana infused with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, played live on the board. Azul SUP Yoga Class Policy & Waiver By booking a class with Azul SUP Yoga, you agree to the following terms: 📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy All sales are final. No cancellations, reschedules, or refunds will be issued once your class is booked. If you are unabAle to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else however, it is your responsibility to coordinate and notify us of the name change prior to class time. 🛟 Safety & Swimming Requirement For your safety, all participants must be comfortable swimming in deep water (12 ft.) and should have a moderate level of physical fitness. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor before participating. 🚗 Liability & Responsibility Participation in paddleboard yoga is at your own risk. Azul SUP Yoga is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost/stolen items, or damages to personal property during or after class, including while parking. Parking is available near the launch area and is at your own risk.
